The area around the Edmonds SkyTrain station (Expo Line) has been designated for densification, and the mix of housing here reflects that in-between moment: older detached homes and post-war bungalows on blocks like Gilmore Avenue and Edmonds Street, alongside newer low-rise condos and townhomes that have gone up in the last decade, with more on the way.
